what does it cost for your team?
Count everyone who has their own appointments. The assistant, the client file and the studio page are always included.

more AI minutes0.15 € per minute beyond your allowance. Every minute in which the assistant talks on the phone or in the app counts. Missed calls don't.
more WhatsApp messages0.06 € per message beyond your allowance: confirmations, reminders and replies from the assistant. In both cases we let you know beforehand.
till with TSE14.90 € per month if you switch it on: cloud TSE, receipts, end-of-day closing, DATEV export, vouchers, packages, loyalty points and products. Switched off, it costs nothing.
card paymentsWith your own card terminal: 0 €. Or glammaro Pay via your own Stripe account: glammaro receives 0.5 % per payment, plus Stripe's fees, which Stripe bills to you directly. Terminal from 329 €.
no commissionYou pay no commission on new clients. They belong to you, not to the platform.

how long is the contract?Cancel monthly, with 14 days' notice to the end of the billing month. An email is enough.
will the price go up?Not in the first 12 months from the start of your contract, as stated in our terms and conditions (§ 4 (5)). After that, we announce any change at least 30 days in advance, and you can then cancel with special notice.
what happens after the free month?The free month ends on its own. It only continues once you choose a plan. Nothing is charged before that, and you don't need a credit card to try it.
and the till during the trial?The till is not part of the trial. If you need it right away, you switch it on as a paid feature: your subscription then starts immediately, with the till.
why net prices?glammaro is made for businesses. All prices are plus statutory VAT, currently 19 %.
